My son is taking over the counter medication with a Northbay Medication Form, Should he pack it or take it with him?

All medication must be given to an adult.  The medication should be in the original box with his name on it and also inside a baggie that is labeled with his name.  The adult will turn in all medication to the health room at North Bay.  Hopefully you have filled out all the proper medical forms with doctor signatures.  If not, please talk to someone in the morning.  Without the medical form medication cannot be distributed to students.
